We request information from you on our reservation form. To make a reservation, you must provide contact information (name, address, telephone, email) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your reservation. If we have trouble processing a reservation, we'll use this information to contact you.

The Terms & Conditions outlined below, unless otherwise stated, refers to all tour packages and individual bike rentals offered by rentamotocr.com and its parent company Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd.
REQUIREMENTS
MOTORCYCLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
Rental motorcycles are provided as part of the tour package. At the time of motorcycle pick-up a security deposit of $2000 will be retained on your card once you sign the Credit Card Authorization form. There will be no actual charge to your credit card, the amount will be authorized only and will only be retained during the time of your motorcycle rental. This security deposit will be eliminated upon the return of the undamaged motorcycle. Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the amount of this security deposit without notice.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Tours - All tours have to be pre-paid at least 30 days in advance. Signing the Credit Card Authorization form gives Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. permission to charge your card 30 days prior to your Tour start date. Once you have initiated the reservation process we will send you the form by email or fax. If in case of payment by wire transfer the total balance is not received 30 days before your start date, Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. reserves the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and charge a cancellation fee.
Rentals - All rentals have to be pre-paid at least 7 days in advance. Signing the Credit Card Authorization form gives Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. permission to charge your card 7 days prior to your Rental pick-up. Once you have initiated the reservation process we will send you the form by email or fax. If in case of payment by wire transfer the total balance is not received 7 days before your Rental pick-up, Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. reserves the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a one day rental (US$150).

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Tours - 100% refund for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to tour departure date. However, cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour cost:
Rentals - 100% refund for cancellations received more than 7 days prior to rental pick-up. However, cancellations received less than 7 days prior to rental pick-up will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of a one day rental (US$150).
Cancellation fees will be charged to your Credit Card.
AGREEMENT FORM
With your signature on the Rental Agreement and the Credit Card Authorization Form you accept these terms and conditions as a binding contract between Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. and you, the participant. Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed Rental Agreement & Credit Card Authorization form on the day of motorcycle pick-up. Representatives of Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. will provide a copy of the Rental Agreement when you arrive to pick up your motorcycle.
RELEASE AND WAIVER
Every participant in an Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. Motorcycle Tour or Rental is required to accept and sign the Release of Liability and the Acknowledgments and Assumption of Risk forms. Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. cannot accept any tour participant without these forms being signed. Representatives of Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. will provide a copy of these forms when you arrive to pick up your motorcycle.
INSURANCE
Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. offers Third-Party liablilty insurance for bodily injury and property damage. Our insurance DOES NOT cover the rider or passenger for bodily injury or damage/loss to personal belongings. Damage to the rented motorcycle must be covered by the client. Supplementary travel insurance is essential. Rent-A-Moto-CR-Ltd. recommends that you have your own adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance.
